The deadline to file for these offices is August 20, 2009.  In order to be put on the ballot, a candidate must be a resident of the school district and take out petitions at the Board of Elections office, 110 Cottage Street, Ashland.  After taking out petitions, the candidate must collect the signatures of 75 registered voters from the school district and pay a filing fee of $30.00 upon filing his or her petitions.
