Absentee ballots may also be picked up in person at the Board of Elections office and may either be voted in the office or taken home.  Ballots may either be returned by mail or dropped off by the voter or a near relative.

Mailed requests must be received at the Board of Elections by noon three days prior to the election.  Absentee ballots may be voted in person at the Board of Elections until 4:00pm on the day before the election.  All ballots, except those coming from out-of-country, must be received by the Board before the polls close at 7:30pm on election day.  Ballots must be dropped off at the Board of Elections.   No absentee ballots will be collected at the polls.   Out-of-country ballots must be postmarked or signed before the close of polls on election day and must be received by the Board within ten days of the election.
